Who is responsible for your data
This website is operated under the CustomUniforms.ae brand. The name and registered details of the data controller (the legal entity responsible for your data) will be stated here once confirmed. In the meantime, privacy questions and requests can be sent through the contact page.
What we collect
| Source | Data | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Quote request form | Name, company, email, phone number, product requirements, delivery emirate and any message | To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation |
| Quote request form (optional) | Logo or artwork file you choose to upload | To assess branding and prepare mock-ups |
| Quote request form (automatic) | Campaign source details such as UTM parameters and the referring page, where present | To understand which channels bring enquiries |
| Your phone number, profile name and messages you send | To respond to your enquiry | |
| Analytics, only with consent | Pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, interactions | To understand how the website is used and improve it |
| Consent banner | Your analytics consent choice, stored in your browser | To remember your choice |
Please do not include sensitive personal data, such as health or identity document details, in enquiry forms or uploaded files. Staff names and sizes for personalised orders are only requested later, as part of an order, and are used solely to fulfil that order.
How your enquiry is handled
- When you submit the quote form, your details are forwarded to us by the email or customer relationship management (CRM) service configured by the website operator, and used to respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations.
- If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is also subject to the terms and privacy policy of WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta.
- We may contact you about your enquiry or quotation by email, phone or WhatsApp. We do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.
- We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers that help us operate the website and handle enquiries, such as hosting, email and CRM providers, and, where you place an order, with parties needed to produce and deliver it.
Cookies, analytics and browser storage
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics loads only after you give consent through the cookie banner. If you decline, analytics scripts are not loaded.
- Your consent choice is stored in your browser's localStorage so the banner does not reappear on every visit. You can change your choice by clearing site data in your browser, after which the banner will ask again.
- Campaign source parameters (such as UTM tags in a link you followed) are held in your browser's sessionStorage for the current session and sent with a quote request, so we know how you found us. Session storage is cleared when you close the browser tab.
- Analytics events are configured not to include names, email addresses, phone numbers or message text.
- Google processes analytics data under its own terms and privacy policy.
How long data is kept
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond, prepare and follow up quotations and, if you place an order, to fulfil it and handle repeat orders. Records may be kept longer where needed for legal, tax or accounting obligations. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained according to the retention setting of the analytics account.
Your rights
Where UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) or other applicable law gives you rights over your personal data, these may include the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
To make a request, use the contact page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Security and changes to this notice

This notice may be updated as the website or our arrangements change, including once the data controller details are confirmed; the date at the top shows the latest version.
