How ordering works without a site visit
Most uniform projects can be specified and approved remotely. You do not need to visit a showroom to start, and the steps are the same whichever emirate your teams are based in.
- Share your requirements through the quote form or WhatsApp: garment types, approximate quantities by size, colours, logo files and where the uniforms will be used.
- Receive a quotation setting out the garments, customisation method, pricing and delivery arrangements once these are confirmed.
- Approve digital proofs showing logo size, placement and colours on each garment. Physical samples can be discussed where needed.
- Confirm sizes and delivery details for each site, including the receiving contact.
- Receive the order at the agreed address or addresses, checked against the approved proof and size list.

Delivery details to clarify before ordering
Clear delivery information avoids missed handovers and repeat trips, particularly for construction sites, free zones and large facilities with controlled access.
- Full delivery address with building, floor or unit, and a map pin where possible.
- Name and mobile number of the person who will receive and sign for the goods.
- Receiving hours, loading bay details and any gate pass, security clearance or vehicle registration needed for site access.
- Whether the delivery is to a free zone, port, airport or industrial area with its own entry procedures.
- Whether uniforms should be packed by employee name, department or size for easier distribution.
- Whether the order should be split into staged deliveries, for example by branch or by start date.
Multi-site and multi-emirate rollouts
Organisations with branches in several emirates often want one consistent uniform standard but delivery to each location separately. Planning a few points early keeps the rollout manageable.
- One approved specification: use a single approved proof and garment specification for all sites so every branch receives identical uniforms.
- Size lists per site: collect sizes by location rather than as one combined total, so each delivery can be packed and checked separately.
- Named site contacts: nominate a receiving contact at each branch who can confirm delivery and report any size exchanges.
- Staged schedule: agree which sites receive uniforms first, for example new openings or roles with the earliest start dates.
- Reorder planning: keep a record of the approved artwork, garment codes and size breakdown for future top-ups.
For larger programmes, see bulk uniform orders and corporate uniforms.

Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver uniforms to all emirates?
Delivery coverage and arrangements are confirmed on each quotation. Share your delivery addresses when you request a quote so they can be confirmed before you approve the order.
Can I order uniforms without visiting in person?
Yes. Requirements, quotations and digital proofs are handled remotely through the quote form, email or WhatsApp. If you need to see fabric or a sample first, ask about this when you request a quote.
Can one order be delivered to several branches?
Staged or split deliveries to multiple sites can be requested. Provide a size list and receiving contact for each site, and the arrangements and any charges will be confirmed on the quotation.
What do I need to provide for delivery to a free zone or worksite?
Provide the full address, receiving contact, receiving hours and any gate pass or security clearance requirements. Some free zones, ports and construction sites have specific entry procedures, so it helps to check these with your site team in advance.
